BTS Creating Wellbeing was born from lived experience. After facing burnout and grief, I found healing through creative expression and mindfulness. Art became a gentle companion in my recovery and mindfulness taught me to meet life with greater compassion.

Founder
Bamike Sawyerr, a qualified mindfulness teacher and creative facilitator. I hold an MBA from Imperial College, trained in Health. Well-being through Art at UAL, and have delivered workshops for community centers, charities, and individuals from all walks of life.
